As a health and personal training coach, Robert's ultimate goal for his clients is for them to build successful health habits into their daily routine to increase the quality of their life.
With a bachelor's degree in Physical Education & Health as well as multiple training certifications, Robert has taught a wide range of skills, ages, and mindsets all the way up to the college level and into adulthood. His favorite clientele however, remains the everyday human, who strives to improve their life through their health and wellness.
