What We'll Do
In this workshop, we shall focus on creating a vision board for the ideal journey of your customer. This exercise in abstract thinking serves as a way to help explore avenues and inspiration in order to create the ultimate customer experience.
The only rules to a vision board are there that are no rules.
By the end of this workshop, all participants will share their piece of the completed vision board with fellow participants.
